Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Completion of an apprenticeship program in pipe fitting or a related field. • At least 1-2 years of shipyard experience or industrial work. • At least 1-2 years of experience as a pipe fitter. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with specialized piping materials such as PVC, copper, or stainless steel. • Knowledge of welding techniques and practices (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW.) • Familiarity with the use of hand tools (wrenches, impact guns, drills, grinders, etc.) • Experience with the use of a cutting torch.
