Key Responsibilities • Journeyman Plumber: • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects. • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. • Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently. • Train and instruct apprentices as needed. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with MN plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Field measure and ensure proper fitment of installations. • Communicate effectively with project managers and team members. • Foreman Plumber (In addition to Journeyman Responsibilities): • Lead and manage onsite plumbing crews to ensure work is completed on schedule and up to standard. • Coordinate with other trades to maintain jobsite efficiency. • Attend and participate in weekly jobsite meetings. • Plan ahead and ensure projects have the necessary materials and manpower. • Oversee quality control and safety compliance on all job sites.
