Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This role requires advanced construction knowledge and hands-on expertise to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites. As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will work independently or with a team to support construction projects, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to execute assigned tasks. • Perform advanced construction tasks such as framing, masonry, drywall installation, roofing, and concrete work. • Operate and maintain power tools and heavy machinery, including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers. • Install, repair, or replace building components, such as windows, doors, flooring, and siding. • Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately using hand tools or power equipment. • Adhere to safety regulations and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE). • Coordinate with other team members and tradespeople to ensure project efficiency. • Maintain a clean and organized worksite. • Identify and report any potential hazards or issues to the supervisor. • Provide training or guidance to less experienced laborers, as needed.
