Construction Project Manager, Multifamily GC Experience Required This position will maintain overall responsibility for one or more large multifamily construction projects, as well as various pre-construction and estimating activities. This position will report directly to the firm’s principals. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience with designing, installing, constructing, and inspecting various types of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements; including but not limited to fire rated construction, fire/smoke dampers, electrical panels, concrete/masonry wall construction, etc., and holds a valid driver's license for use of visiting various construction sites across New York and New Jersey.
