Job Description The Wind Hub Manager reports to the Service Director and is accountable for building long-term relationships with customers, driving optimized operations, fiscal management, and hub safety. This role leads a hub team, manages daily hub operations, turbine output, and exemplifies excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. • Key Responsibilities: • People Leadership • Provide leadership to support multi-site service hubs, initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners; and succession planning. • Own the safety culture within the hub, inclusive of contracted partners and customers. • Execute daily Plan of the Day calls, prioritize and manage dispatch schedule. • Customer Point of Contact • Customer-focused approach to build long-term relationships with customers to deliver business objectives and meet contractual requirements. • Turbine Return to Service • Prioritize turbine performance to meet/exceed performance commitments. • Multi-site Leadership • Be innovative and engaged in all areas of facility operations aligned with individual site plans to include creative problem solving with LEAN thinking. • Lead operations within multi-site service hubs ensuring weekly visits to each site; • Drive safety focus • Continue to grow customer relationship • Team engagement and development
