Management Trainees are taught every aspect of Greentech Renewables’ business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training. On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. While the position provides real on-the-job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management.
