Job Description Summary In the Manufacturing Sub Section Manager role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in the design, development, and deployment of complex projects. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing experience) • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing/leadership experience Desired Characteristics • Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential. • Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, on time, and within budget. • Experience with specific engineering tools, technologies, or methodologies relevant to the company's needs. • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences. • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams • Strong coaching and mentorship skills to develop and empower team members. • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an engineer with a strong understanding of the relevant engineering principles and technologies This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
