Clarke's Sheet Metal Inc., equipment manufacturer in Eugene, Oregon since 1952, is accepting applications for qualified Welder/Fabricators. Our company supplies equipment to the wood products industry, such as Dust Collection and Filtration Systems, Bulk Material Storage, Metering Bins, and Spark Detection and Extinguishing Systems. We are looking to add a Welder/Fabricator to our extraordinary and innovative team. Applicants must be able to read blueprints, work independently in a safe manner and have knowledge of multiple welding processes for steel and stainless steel (we run 035 hardwire and 045 dual shield, Mig). This is a full-time position with overtime hours weekly. We offer exceptional pay and benefits - Base Wage: $20.00/hour to $24.00/hour, depending on experience. Full Benefit Package including Health Insurance (90% of premium paid by employer for employee), 9 Paid Holidays per year, generous Paid time off (40 hours after 60 days and 80 every year anniversary), that increases the longer you invest in us (up to 4 weeks per year), and 401K plan with employer match up to 4%. Marshall’s Specialty Services is seeking a skilled Journeyman Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our in-house HVAC fabrication team. In this role, you’ll use your craft to produce high-quality ductwork, fittings, chimney caps, and drain pans while mentoring apprentices and helping build the next generation of tradespeople. About the Role: As a Journeyman Fabricator, you’ll work in our dedicated in-house sheet metal shop, fabricating ductwork and related components for residential and light commercial HVAC projects. You’ll operate a wide range of shop equipment and tools, from our plasma cutter to specialized fabrication machines, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and guiding apprentices, helping them gain technical skills, proper safety habits, and pride in craftsmanship.
