The Plumber is responsible for installing repairing and maintaining plumbing systems fixtures and equipment in the Resort. This includes diagnosing plumbing issues ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing highquality service to maintain efficient water and drainage systems. • Install repair and maintain pipes valves fittings drainage systems and fixtures • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety functionality and compliance with regulations. • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide costeffective repair solutions. • Perform regular maintenance to prevent system malfunctions. • Install and maintain water heaters water filtration systems and other plumbingrelated appliances. • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls. • Keep records of work performed including time materials and costs. • Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and regulations.
