Lead Plumber

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, be able to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, and have experience with installation and maintenance of plumbing fixtures. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to work in tight spaces, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems. • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems. • Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues. • Install and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs. • Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Maintain a clean work area. **Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber/Pipefitter/Steamfitter to join our team at Washington State University's Facilities Services. Plumber

The Plumber is responsible for installing repairing and maintaining plumbing systems fixtures and equipment in the Resort. This includes diagnosing plumbing issues ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing highquality service to maintain efficient water and drainage systems. • Install repair and maintain pipes valves fittings drainage systems and fixtures • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety functionality and compliance with regulations. • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide costeffective repair solutions. • Perform regular maintenance to prevent system malfunctions. • Install and maintain water heaters water filtration systems and other plumbingrelated appliances. • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls. • Keep records of work performed including time materials and costs. • Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and regulations.
