Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school with a high school diploma or possess a GED; Plus, four (4) years’ related experience. (Memphis and Shelby County Journeyman Plumber’s license and valid driver’s license required). (Class A gas license is preferred). (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED). Degree Equivalency Formula: Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience. Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience.
