See More Details >>About the position Responsibilities • Perform emergency and routine repairs and preventive maintenance. • Install and repair water pipes, heating systems, drainage, and disposal systems. • Connect necessary pipes for the efficient operation of plumbing systems. • Maintain and repair plumbing, gas, and sanitary systems, and allied equipment. • Familiarity with pump operation, repair, and maintenance. • Assist in loading and assembling necessary equipment. • Maintain records of work performed including labor and materials used. • Complete and close out CMMS work orders appropriately. • Read and interpret plans, sketches, and blueprints. • Assist outside contractors and with design and review of in-house projects. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
