This position is actively learning more advanced plumbing skills in an effort to achieve a Journeyman Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: One year of established work. Licensure & Certifications: Preferred Qualifications: Job Duties: • 10% - Supports the smooth and efficient operations of the department and the University - (Essential) • 30% - Performs basic plumbing and clean-up activities under the direction of a foreman and/or supervisor - (Essential) • 50% - Provides assistance to senior staff members performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance of university buildings, mechanical and other systems as required and according to established procedures.
