MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not listed in any order of priority but will be weighted for performance management purposes. • Promote safety as the core value at TATRO. • Perform accurate work in the time frame assigned. • Read and follow blueprints. • Perform rough-in and installations. • Delegate work and run a crew. • Provide guidance and direction to apprentices/helpers. • Ensure client satisfaction and quality consistent with TATRO standards. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of construction Industry. Basic mathematical problem solving. HVAC knowledge is a plus but not necessary. Basic computer/ tablet skills, including Microsoft Office products and email services Journeyman s License is required Valid Driver s License. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be willing to travel when needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Occasional lifting up to 50lbs Ability to twist, bend, squat, kneel, overhead work, and stand for long periods of time as needed.
