We are seeking two qualified candidates (one part time and one full time) that are able to perform well in a fast paced environment while remaining confident and professional. Our Customer Service department is responsible for answering all incoming calls, obtaining specific information by asking targeted questions, setting up appointments and inputting data in customers record. These team members are highly valued and have a very important role at A-1 Affordable as they act as the initial point of contact for potential customers and accounts. This is an in-person, full- time position or part- time position. Salary range is $17-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience. Applicants must be available to work Mondays- Fridays either 7:30am - 5:00pm or 10am - 7pm and alternating Saturdays from 7:30am - 4pm. There is an opportunity for over time.
