Job Description: Company Overview: Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is a Fortune 200 company that produces diversified products in global markets. The Food Equipment Group is one of seven ITW decentralized business segments. This position is in the Hobart Warewash Division at its Danville, Kentucky facility, located 45 minutes south of Lexington, Kentucky. The Warewash Business Division produces Hobart brand commercial dishwashers that are used in hotels, casinos, restaurants, cruise ships, schools, universities and retail establishments. We are the industry leader and are seeking to expand our growth in existing served markets as well as new markets. Job Description • Follows all company safety rules and policies. • Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines • Various manual sheet metal formers ( i.e. tube benders, laser metal cutter, presses, grinders, spot welders & stud welders) • Reads shop blueprint drawings for fabrication specifications and job safety analysis work instructions to determine various parts to fabrication/install/assembly or by instructions of supervisor. • Inspects products and processes while performing job duties to ensure all work done meets or exceeds standards of the company’s quality program. • Works cooperatively and congenially with co-workers to achieve cohesive and productive work processes and work environment. • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management or as the situation requires (i.e. assembly) • Daily inspection of fabrication PPE and equipment to ensure in good condition for safe operation before use. Qualifications • High School Graduate or GED • Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience required in CNC Machining or metal fabrication and finishing. • Prefer one year of vocational school or certificate. • Prefer CNC setup and operation of equipment to include editing programs. • Prefer One year or more in an industrial/manufacturing environment • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions regarding techniques required for general assembly work. • Ability to grind and finish metal • Ability to read and understand simple blueprints. • Ability to use a variety of small hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. • Skilled in the use of material gauges, calipers and micrometers • Possess basic mechanical aptitude and ability. • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds or knowledge of using lifts • Ability to communicate clearly with other co-workers to coordinate work requirements and/or type of assemblies required Additional information Benefits: Take this opportunity to join a successful and enthusiastic global team where you can make a significant impact immediately. Programming-Metal Fabrication Engineering Department

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: -Detailed oriented, good communication skills, with a strong focus on accuracy. -Good organizational skills with the ability to work with limited supervision. -Previous experience with Turret Punches, Lasers, and Press Brakes preferred. -Ability to interpret blueprints, weld symbols, read a tape measure, as well as use vernier calipers. -Proficient using Microsoft Office tools. -Write programs for CNC Laser and Turret Punch equipment based on engineering drawings, models, DXF files, etc. -Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Laser/Turret software needed, (preferably Amada AP100 – 3I once training is completed). -Utilize Amada 3I bending software to create programs for Press Brakes once training is completed. -Participate in creating work instructions for the shop floor. -Prepare existing CNC programs and documentation for production jobs. -Follow written and or verbal instructions for all tasks given as needed for accurate and timely completion of projects. -Provide engineering data when fabrication support projects are required.
