The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the fabrication and installation of sheet metal products specific to industrial and infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components for use in various construction applications, such as ductwork, exhaust systems, and custom metal fabrications. • Installation: Install sheet metal products on construction sites, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and adherence to project specifications. Experience in installing IMP Panels. Must have experience in installing insulation. • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements and layouts. • Quality Control: Inspect fabricated components and installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations. • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing sheet metal installations to ensure optimal performance and longevity. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure the successful integration of sheet metal components within larger construction projects. • Safety Practices: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment on-site. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials used, time worked, and project progress for reporting and quality assurance purposes.
