Job Qualifications: • Journeymen must have a minimum of 5 years' experience (no exceptions), in Commercial HVAC, Architectural Sheetmetal, Sheetmetal Fabrication, or Commercial HVAC Service. • Direct the activities of field crew member(s) in accordance with job schedules and priorities as coordinated with field foreman/project managers/general contractors and customers. • Provide instruction and on-the-job training to less qualified tradespersons, including but not limited to job requirements, quality, and safety. • Have a working knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards. • Lead, manage and support the installation of a quality products. • Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policies. • Other duties as assigned.
