CDL is a plus but not required. • Skilled in safely operating mini excavators, skid steers, and similar machinery. • Follows safety protocols to protect self, team, and property. • Accurately digs near utilities and restores sites properly. • Works effectively with plumbers and crew members. • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various conditions. • Performs basic inspections and maintenance on equipment. • Understanding of underground utility safety and dig practices (experience with 811 utility locates is a plus). • Strong work ethic and ability to work in various outdoor conditions. • Willingness to assist with general plumbing tasks as needed. • Reliable, punctual, and consistent on the job. • Able to understand and follow instructions and site protocols. • Open to training and required plumbing education/apprenticeship.
