Talent Corps is currently seeking Pipe Welders for a local client in the Tallahassee, FL area to start ASAP. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems in commercial and industrial environments, with a strong background working with carbon steel and stainless steel pipe. Key Responsibilities: • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for commercial and industrial applications. • Work with carbon steel and stainless steel pipe, including cutting, threading, grooving, and welding. • Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation. • Fit and install pipe hangers, supports, valves, and fittings. • Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe fabrication equipment safely and effectively. • Perform pipe welding, tack welding, or preparation for certified welders as needed. • Ensure systems are installed to code, meet quality standards, and pass pressure/leak tests. • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet schedules. • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following OSHA and company safety protocols. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of pipefitting experience in commercial/industrial construction. • Skilled in working with carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems. • Proficient in pipe fabrication, layout, and installation. • Ability to read and interpret piping schematics, blueprints, and isometric drawings. • Strong knowledge of pipefitting tools, equipment, and installation techniques. • Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, bending, climbing, working at heights). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills: • Welding certifications (SMAW, TIG, MIG) a plus. • OSHA 10/30 certification or other safety training. • Experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. HVAC Pipefitter/Welder Foreman

Description: ECS is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Welder/Pipefitter Foreman to join our team. Who will lead the installation, welding, and maintenance of HVAC piping systems on commercial and industrial construction sites. This position involves supervising a team, ensuring quality control, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations. The Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating work, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a Working Foreman position. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage a team in welding and installing HVAC piping systems. • Interpret blueprints and ensure accurate execution of plans. • Ensure all welding and pipefitting tasks meet safety and quality standards. • GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW. • Coordinate with other trades and resolve on-site issues. • Ensure proper welding and piping techniques are applied. • Collaborate with other trades for system installation and maintenance. • Monitor and enforce job site safety and adherence to building codes. • Track project progress and provide status updates to management. • Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, including welding diagrams and symbols as well as written and verbal instructions from engineering and management. Traveling Pipefitter Foreman

PowerSecure is seeking qualified candidates for exciting new projects throughout the US. Core competencies for the Mechanical Foreman include the ability to oversee Mechanical Project Installations including: Piping Replacements, Chillers, Boilers, Air Handlers, Pumps, VAV Boxes etc. by managing internal installers or technicians and subcontractors. Minimum of 7 years in the pipefitting/mechanical trade and a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role. Experience with various types of pipe and fitment techniques, including screw pipe, grooved, compression, fusion, glue, sweat, braze and weld, of various materials including steel, copper, plastic, fiberglass etc, with diameters ranging from ½” to 12” or greater. Experience with sheet metal ductwork fabrication and installation. Experience with electrical and controls installation (not required, but a plus). Must be able to pass a government background check, drug test and other site pre-access requirements. OSHA 30 training (not required, but a plus). Position requires a willingness to travel to project locations when assigned to work on projects that require onsite presence for extended project durations. Extensive knowledge of pipefitting/mechanical skills within the commercial, institutional and/or industrial HVAC industry. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications and equipment submittals. Ability to take off, measure and order materials as needed for a complete project installation. Must have a working knowledge of software programs including Procore, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of general project accounting. Ability to be a safety leader to ensure site safety standards are met and all personnel perform project and job duties safely. The position is a Supervisory role and requires the Mechanical Field Supervisor to manage and supervise a crew of up to 8 HVAC Installers, Laborers, and Subcontractor personnel to effectively execute and complete contracted project scope safely and proficiently. Coordinate installation schedule with project manager, customer, and subcontractors. Collaborate with project manager to produce weekly and monthly look ahead schedules to ensure material, equipment and manpower needs are identified and scheduled prior to start of work. Create, utilize, and distribute Daily Reports to document project work. Complete daily job safety briefings for site personnel at the beginning of each shift. Develop pipefitters, sheet metalworkers, HVAC technicians and apprentices in work-related areas to enhance work knowledge, productivity, and safety. Maintain safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures; Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local jurisdiction requirements. Must be physically capable of walking, climbing, kneeling, field of vision, balancing, hearing, and talking. Workers can be subjected to possible bodily injury from pipe fitting equipment, tools, materials, etc. Work environment may include exposure to weather, extreme heat (including humidity) or cold, noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, exposure to electrical shock, exposure to radiation, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working at heights, and working around explosives.
