Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to sub contract all our rehab/renovation work to. We rehab single family and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plumbing systems and possess the ability to work on various projects, from installations to repairs. Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations - Utilize power tools to cut, bend, weld, assemble, and install pipes - Perform pipe threading and fitting tasks - Conduct inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot plumbing systems - Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling and new construction projects - Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations - Drive commercial vehicles to transport equipment and materials Experience: - Journeyman/Journeywoman or Plumber license required - Proven experience in plumbing, including pipefitting, welding, and assembly - Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using power tools - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Experience with commercial driving is a plus If you are a skilled Journeyperson or Licensed Plumber looking for a dynamic work environment where your expertise is valued, we encourage you to apply.
