Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get the job done right. • Present options on every call and assist customers in making the best decision for their home & family. • Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level. • Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner. • Demonstrate competency in all aspects of plumbing repair including; leak location, tankless water heaters, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning and drain line replacement. We are looking for licensed tradesmen or those nearing enough hours to test who can work effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
