How you will make an impact • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials • Proficient in pulling measurements and making takeoffs • Draw and interpretisometric drawings • Cut and thread pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipethreadersand benders • Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications • Inspect, examine, and test installed systems andpipelines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods • Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints • Assists with other welders and fitters as needed on job sites • Cleans up jobsites after completion What You Need to Succeed • Trade school and/or 2+ yearsof drawing isometric drawings • Ability to travel100% of the time. • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. • OSHA 10, preferred. • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Pre-employment drug screen and background check Make Your Move We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing, family-owned companies in America, with over 150 plus years of experience in the food, dairy, and beverage industry. How you will make an impact • Use TIG Processes to weld stainless/carbon steel piping and or structure for process/utility piping in food processing plants. • Perform installation of all components of piping systems • Follow Isometric drawings and prints. • Assists with other welders and fitters as needed on job sites. • Cleans up jobsites after completion.
