Job Summary We are seeking skilled Industrial Pipefitters and Welders to join our team. This role involves fabricating, installing, and maintaining industrial piping systems, as well as performing high-quality welding in various industrial settings, including manufacturing plants, refineries, and processing facilities. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, work with different piping materials, and meet strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Install, assemble, and repair industrial piping systems ✔ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs ✔ Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes using various tools and techniques ✔ Fit and secure pipes using clamps, brackets, and welding/mechanical joints ✔ Perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding on pipes and structural components ✔ Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys ✔ Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic testing to ensure system integrity ✔ Operate and maintain welding and pipefitting equipment ✔ Follow Company safety standards Qualifications & Skills: ✔ 3-5+ years of industrial pipefitting and/or welding experience ✔ Strong proficiency in TIG, MIG, and stick welding (for welders) ✔ Familiarity with industrial systems (high-pressure steam, hydraulic, gas, etc.) ✔ Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and piping diagrams ✔ Experience with rigging, hoisting, and structural fabrication ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: ✔ Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods ✔ Lift and carry 50-100 lbs. regularly ✔ Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and various weather conditions ✔ Perform overhead and extended-reach tasks as needed Additional Requirements: ✔ Valid driver’s license (must be bondable and insurable) ✔ Ability to travel for projects as needed ✔ Must pass pre-employment drug screening What We Offer: · Competitive pay based on experience · Profit-sharing opportunities · Health insurance and benefits package · 401(k) retirement plan with company match · Paid holidays & vacation time · Opportunities for career advancement and training Join Our Team!
