The ideal candidate will possess: • Active Journeyman Electrician license • 3-5 years of experience in general construction and electrical work • Valid Driver's License • Reliable transportation • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to all OSHA safety policies • Ability to read plans and complete work in a professional workmanship manner • Ability to inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes • High school diploma or equivalent education. Job Overview We are looking for an Electrical Service Technician to independently handle service calls and routine maintenance of commercial, industrial, and residential facilities across the island. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring all work meets ELCCO’s high standards—on time, on budget, and in full compliance with industry codes and regulations. Additionally, the Service Technician will build strong client relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. • Diagnose and fix electrical components, including wiring, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits. • Install power supply wiring and conduit (EMT, O-CAL, Rigid, MC cable, cable trays), • Installation and maintenance of electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment. • Inspect equipment and systems for hazards, defects, and compliance with codes and industry standards. • Respond to emergency service calls and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Identify additional service opportunities, price new work, and upsell system upgrades. • Coordinate with other service providers and vendors when necessary. • Maintain accurate reports, service orders, and documentation. • Conduct training and provide technical support to customers and field labor. Electrical Apprentice/Laborer - Maui

JOB DESCRIPTION: Hawaii Electrical Solutions Electrical Apprentice/Laborer Primary Function Perform different types of laborious work to complete electrical and construction-related jobs; Other job duties as required. Preferred Experience • 0-1 Year of Electrical Apprentice, Construction, or Handyman Experience. • Experience with working outdoors doing laborious tasks a plus. Principal Responsibilities • Cleaning and preparing construction sites. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. • Furnishing tools, materials, and supplies to other workers. • Assisting electricians and skilled tradesmen with various duties, including demo, electrical rough-in, appliance & finish installations, cleaning, etc. • Operating equipment, like drills, pneumatic hammers, testing devices, and basic power tools. • Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. • Train under Electrical Journeymen to learn how to properly connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components, install solar panels, lighting, controls, fire alarms, etc. • Obeying health and safety codes, as well as company principles. • Removing hazardous materials from sites. • Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures. • Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
