Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Duties • Perform finish carpentry tasks including the installation of trim, moldings, cabinets, and doors. • Execute remodeling projects with precision, ensuring all installations are plumb and level. • Restore and repair existing structures as needed, maintaining the integrity of the original design. • Laminate certain cabinets areas ensuring proper alignment and adherence. • Conduct maintenance person tasks including caulking and minor electrical work when necessary. • Work with plumber & electrician and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Skills • Proficient in finish carpentry techniques with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. • Experience in remodeling projects with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship. • Ability to restore existing structures while adhering to design specifications. • Skilled in all aspects of carpentry, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. • Knowledgeable in basic electrical work is a plus. • Must be able to read a tape measure, drywall work & framing of walls. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
