Position Specific Description Employees in this role are responsible for searching and examining land records, due diligence, identifying potential title issues, and resolving them to ensure a clear transfer of ownership. In this role, you will work closely with developers, acquisition teams, and attorneys to gather and analyze property records, including deeds, mortgages, liens, and other legal documents. Proficiency in title search software and public record databases are required. Attention to detail, and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
