Required Skills: • Experience in construction, roofing, sheet metal, or building materials sales preferred. • Strong communication and networking skills. • Self-motivated, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. • Knowledge of sheet metal or roofing systems a plus (but we will train the right candidate). • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites.
