Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately • Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly for various plumbing applications • Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites • Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and construction site tasks • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing and related systems • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications • Assist in the installation of HVAC systems when required • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications • Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately • Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and HVAC components • Experience with remodeling projects or maintenance person tasks is a plus • Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor required on construction sites • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations • Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site access when necessary • Prior experience with carpentry or assembly work is advantageous • Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction environments This position is essential for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects through skilled plumbing installation and maintenance.
