This job is for a position located 25 minutes Southeast of McMinnville, Tennessee, about one hour north of Chattanooga. • *Responsibilities** 1. *Rough-In Plumbing:* - Install plumbing systems during the initial construction phase. - Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate placement of pipes and fixtures. - Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for rough-in plumbing projects. 2. *Finish Plumbing:* - Install and connect fixtures, appliances, and other plumbing components. - Conduct inspections to ensure all finish plumbing meets quality standards. - Address any issues or defects in the plumbing system during the finishing phase. 3. *Maintenance and Repairs:* - Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings. - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems. - Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide effective solutions. 4. *Compliance and Regulations:* - Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant codes and regulations. - Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in plumbing standards. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. 5. *Collaboration:* - Work closely with other construction professionals, including electricians and HVAC technicians. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Qualifications:* 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber. 2. Experience with Pex, PVC, and Copper Piping 3. Proficient in rough-in and finish plumbing techniques. 4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. 5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 6. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 8. Knowledge of relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
