Responsibilities: • Providing support and guidance on proper materials, methods, and practices for plumbing installations and repairs • Assisting with operations, maintenance, and renovation tasks, including preventive maintenance, light carpentry, painting, electrical work, and responding to emergency and urgent maintenance needs • Installing or assisting with installation of new fixtures (hot & cold water, vent pipe, chilled water, condensate drains, water fountains, etc) Requirements: • High School/GED • Plumber I - One year of prior successful work experience in plumbing, gas piping installations, drain cleaning and other utility experience in the building trades or technical field • Plumber II - Two years of prior successful work experience in plumbing, gas piping installations, drain cleaning and other utility experience in the building trades or technical field • Plumber III - Three years of prior successful work experience in plumbing, gas piping installations, drain cleaning and other utility experience in the building trades or technical field • Plumber IV - Five years of prior successful work experience in plumbing, gas piping installations, drain cleaning and other utility experience in the building trades or technical field
