Plumber & Maintenance Technician

Plumber-Maintenance Technician • This is a role that will leverage your strengths in residential & commercial plumbing repair & maintenance; additionally leverage your skills in general maintenance • Respond quickly and courteously to service requests; troubleshoot and take the appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established • Regularly interact with customers, communicate thoughts, and provide customer service • Prioritize and manage your daily workload to ensure successful completion of work requests • Manage work requests via company provided mobile tablet; receive & update work requests, input comments within work request, take photos/video and upload to work request • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment • Work within a collaborative team environment and often perform work independently Technical Qualifications Plumbing Systems: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial Plumbing Systems: Vertical and horizontal water and sewer lines, water heaters, water filtration systems, water softeners, household appliances Plumbing Service & Repair: Identify and troubleshoot water leaks, water line repair or replacement (copper or PVC/PEX), sewer line repair or replacement, shower valve repair or replacement, garbage disposal repair or replacement, dishwasher repair or replacement, , drain cleaning, restore clogged sinks, toilets, and drains, kitchen/bathroom/shower faucet repair or replacement, toilet, flush valve, fluid master, supply lines repair or replacement, troubleshoot running toilet, troubleshoot appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer), general caulking, remove old and install new (tub surrounds and base, bathroom vanities, kitchen counter and sink, interior windows). General Repair & Maintenance: From time to time, and when there is not specific plumbing work, you will contribute to the overall maintenance services through basic electrical, carpentry, flooring, and handy-type activities applied to properties Requirements & Qualifications • 3 years of Plumbing experience • Plumbing certification • Driver’s License • Reliable vehicle • Ability to lift materials greater than 50 pounds • Ability to climb ladders • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time • Background Check and Drug Testing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
