Journeyman Plumber

Overview Precision Plumbing is seeking a restricted service, journeyman or master plumber to provide high quality plumbing services in a fun, flexible and supportive work environment. Installation, Repair and Maintenance of Plumbing Systems: • Capable of performing a full range of plumbing duties, such as installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, without direct supervision. Troubleshooting and Inspection of Plumbing Systems • Ability to identify and resolve issues in plumbing systems and inspect for any issues, ensuring compliance with State of WI Plumbing Code. Project Responsibility and Coordination: • Involved in planning, overseeing projects, and coordinating with other tradespeople to complete work on time and according to specifications. Able to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of plumbing systems. Record Keeping and Communication: • Maintains accurate records of work perofrmed, materials used, and inspections passed. • Effectively communicates job progress, customer needs and task related needs appropriately to the team. Supervision and Mentorship of Apprentices: • Expected to mentor, guide and instructed apprentices while teaching them skills and good work habits. Qualifications • Knowledge of and ability to perform high quality plumbing service that meets the State of WI plumbing code and OSHA regulations. • Restricted Service, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in the state of WI • Friendly and self motivated; enjoys being part of and works well with a team • Ability to safely drive company vehicles to a wide range of work and meeting sites • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, contractors and the general public; presenting a positive and professional image of Precision Plumbing. • Experience with or willingness to learn task supporting software and apps.
