Journeyman Duties: • Must have a complete and thorough understanding of all plumbing and mechanical systems, not only how they are installed, but also how they function. • Installs and maintains various piping systems including but not limited to, plumbing, hydronic, med gas and process piping systems. • Uses trade tools and other equipment as required. • Read, interpret and understand specifications, addendum, submittals and construction schedules. • Ensure all work is performed and completed as specified by contract, engineering drawings, specifications and applicable codes. • Keep up to date on the latest innovations in our trade. • Be highly motivated to be the best in the industry. Journeyman Requirements: • Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis. • Read, interpret and understand specifications, addendum, submittals and construction schedules. • Must have an understanding of math, basic algebra and geometry. • Full understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical trade codes, formulas and industry standards. • Must have excellent communication skills. • Be willing to do what it takes to get the job done. • Travel is required.
