The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The plumber will ensure that all plumbing work meets local codes and regulations, while providing high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain water, drainage, and heating systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment. • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems. • Read blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine plumbing requirements. • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and advise clients on preventative maintenance. • Troubleshoot plumbing problems using advanced tools and techniques. • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. • Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople on construction or renovation projects. • Provide estimates and quotes for work to be performed. • Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools. • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls when required.
