We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers and Operators to join our team. Our company specializes in a variety of construction services, including light construction tasks such as building fences, decks, siding, windows, and performing rot repair and concrete work. Additionally, we engage in dirt work, which encompasses lot preparation, installation of French drains, construction of retaining walls, and gravel driveway installation. We also handle fuel oil tank removal and have contracts for commercial landscaping and snow removal services. The ideal candidates will have a clean driver's license and no felony convictions, as well as a solid understanding of construction sites and safety protocols. Main Responsibilities: • Cleaning and preparing the construction site and pavement surfaces. • Keep equipment and tools in good working condition. • Work in a team-oriented environment. • Perform other duties as assigned to assist the crew. • Must be able to understand specifications and instructions, both verbal and written. • Knowledge of and strict adherence to safety regulations. • Wear all proper personal protective equipment. • Travel within Southeast Alaska communities may be required. • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays and Sundays.
