We offer year-round work primarily in Anchorage, with occasional projects in Eagle River and the Valley. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols. • Team Management: Lead and motivate field crews, assign tasks, and monitor work to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or foreman role within commercial construction in Anchorage. • Proven track record of managing and completing projects on schedule and within budget. • Experience with construction software for digital documentation and project management is essential. • Strong background in construction, including experience with structural repairs, tenant improvements, and other commercial construction work. • Proven ability to execute a range of carpentry tasks, including both rough and finish work. Skilled in color matching / blending to ensure seamless patching and refinishing.
