We currently have several full-time positions open and are seeking skilled, experienced Carpenters and Foremen to join our team immediately. We offer year-round work primarily in Anchorage, with occasional projects in Eagle River and the Valley. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols. • Team Management: Lead and motivate field crews, assign tasks, and monitor work to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or foreman role within commercial construction in Anchorage. • Proven track record of managing and completing projects on schedule and within budget. • Experience with construction software for digital documentation and project management is essential. • Strong background in construction, including experience with structural repairs, tenant improvements, and other commercial construction work. • Proven ability to execute a range of carpentry tasks, including both rough and finish work. Skilled in color matching / blending to ensure seamless patching and refinishing. Knowledgeable in various paint types and coatings, including their proper application on drywall, wood, and metal surfaces. Applicants with the above experience will be given priority.
