The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Operate and monitor assigned machinery in accordance with established production standards. • Use hand tools to perform adjustments, routine maintenance, and minor repairs. • Inspect product quality to ensure compliance with company standards. • Accurately complete production records and documentation. • Safely lift and move materials up to 60 lbs. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Perform other duties as assigned.
