Job Summary ERSG is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine systems. The role is located in Blackwell, Oklahoma and it is open to local technicians only. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience as a wind technician. Responsibilities • Climb height 300ft and greater several times a day. • Diagnose and resolve faults on turbines as they relate to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems. • Perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of an issue and perform corrective actions. • Perform energy isolation in accordance with all Lock Out/ Tag Out procedures. • Perform pad mounted Transformer switching in accordance with all Hazardous Energy Control Procedures. • Perform small or large corrective tasks on wind turbines. • Perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, performance monitoring and evaluation. Experience • Proven experience as a service technician. • Familiarity with generator repair and troubleshooting techniques is advantageous. • Hands-on experience in climbing and working at heights is essential.
