Associate Renewables Resource Coordinator

This role will be based in Blackwell, OK (Frontier Wind 1 and Frontier Wind II) Position Summary We seek a talented Associate Renewable Resource Coordinator (ARRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support one or more facilities or is aligned to a certain customer. The ARRC collaborates with a diverse group of resources supporting safe, efficient, event-free operations at our renewable energy assets with a specific focus on the asset they are assigned to, and other assets as deemed necessary and appropriate from time to time. Responsibilities • Managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and the flow of invoices within corporate accounts payable system (Basware). • Ordering inventory items, materials, tooling and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies through Supply Chain and Material Management; this includes making sure all inventory parts have active reordering points to automate inventory reordering process. • Managing (completing or causing to be completed) site inventory including but not limited to counting, receiving, organizing, unloading, and loading of inventory parts, tooling, personal protective equipment (PPE) and MRO materials following company policies and procedures while doing so. • Managing tool asset calibration processes for all calibrated tooling controlled by the asset the RRC is assigned to. • Completion of certain shop preventative maintenances (PM's), This includes EHS and SPCC task. • Assist HVT and Blade team Planner on scheduled outage planning and coordination. • Managing site guests • Supporting site personnel • Facilitating the onboarding of new hires • Facilitation of certain training to core team members Basic Qualifications • High School diploma (or GED equivalent), 2-year college degree, or Military background Desired Qualifications • 2+ years of Accounting or Auditing experience • First Aid CPR • Bilingual English/Spanish Working Conditions • This role will be based in Blackwell, OK (Frontier Wind 1 and Frontier Wind II) Benefits • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) with matching • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave Additional Information: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
