Job Description About the Site The Gunsight Mountain Wind Energy Center is a 120 MW wind power generation facility located in Big Spring, TX utilizing GE 1.7-100 WTG’s turbine technology. Position Overview As a Wind Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Gunsight Mountain Wind Energy Center. Responsibilities • Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on GE wind turbine and associated equipment • Climb wind turbine towers daily, wearing all required safety equipment, to inspect, maintain, or repair equipment. • Understand electrical and mechanical functions of all components of a wind turbine generator and associated equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults; repair and/or replace components • Maintain company tooling, facilities and equipment and a clean safe work environment • Work a 40 hour work week and be subject to scheduled and unscheduled overtime. The work schedule will vary during the peak maintenance periods Required Skills • High School Diploma or Equivalent • One (1) year technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.) and/or technical education. • Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet). • Ability to move and manipulate up to 45 kg (100 pounds). • Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding equipment/gear worn when performing job related tasks. • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Base Pay $28.67 - $48.58 USD Hourly Bonus: 0% - 10% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Wind Farm Technician, Associate

RWE Clean Energy, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent The Wind Farm Technician is responsible for supporting the overall operations and maintenance of one or more wind farms and all related facilities to assure safety and maximize availability in accordance with Operations mission. This role is responsible for safe execution of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities, training, and safety exercises. This job also maintains accountability and readiness of plant tools, equipment, and vehicles; provides technical guidance to the O&M team; tracks and maintains records of service activities both scheduled and unscheduled through the digital maintenance management system; and helps maintain the work ethic and culture of the plant O&M team. Role Responsibilities: • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems with solid foundation in theory of operation is required • Read, interpret, and follow electrical, mechanical, & hydraulic circuit drawings • Identify energy isolation points and implement LOTO for protection • Thorough knowledge of electromechanical relay, hydraulic accumulator, linear transducer, and electrical motor • Familiarity with power electronics, motor drives, AC/DC converters • Knowledge of computer network communication protocol and theory of operation is desired • Ability to understand and communicate root causes required • Good communication skills and must value being part of a team • Safety- Promote safety for all at all times • Initiative - Able to work with minimum supervision and make decisions for all issues related to his/her discipline(s) with limited and/or available information Job Requirements and Experiences: • At least 2 years of work experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission and/or distribution • Alternatively, 2 year or 4 year college degree from an accredited school (other than correspondence or on-line) in a technical science like engineering, physics, power, or closely similar; current journeyman or master electrician license • High School Diploma or equvilant, associate degree in sciences or related field from an accredited school preferred • Unrestricted driver license in good standing • Willing to relocate to within 1 hour drive of site • Must be able to maintain a personal weight limitation of 270 lbs. • Previous experience on the GE 2.X platform preferred Physical Requirements: • Must be able to sit, walk or stand for long duration of time • Must be able to climb wind towers daily. During this task, employee must be able to open/close hatch doors and identify potential safety hazards • Must have the ability to identify and distinguish colors • Must be able to transfer fifty (50) pounds from a thirty-five inch platform to the floor • Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds for up to fifteen (15) feet • Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds from ground to brow height • Must be able to lift and transfer up to fifty (50) pounds to a thirty-five (35) inch platform • Must be able to lift and carry twenty-five (25) pounds with one hand up to fifteen (15) feet • Must be able to crouch, kneel, or ½ kneel for up to five (5) minutes at a time to perform maintenance tasks in low areas • Must be able to perform fine motor tasks, such as screwing or unscrewing nuts and bolts, while reaching around and over objects • Must be able to balance to: (1) work in closed and small swaying areas on top of and within wind towers, and (2) walk across small surface areas to access areas within wind turbines • Must be able to military, belly, or back crawl up to fifteen (15) feet to access the nose cone area of wind turbines • Must be able to step or climb up onto platform at a height of thirty-five (35) inches, with or without support Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. Wind Turbine Tower Cleaning Technicians

GEV Wind Power US is hiring Tower Cleaning Technicians to perform specialized cleaning services at wind turbine sites throughout the United States. Project assignments may vary in scope and complexity • Work at heights on platforms and/or rope access, up to 400 feet • Mixing cleaning solutions properly in water tanks and spray bottles • Operating power washers to spray and clean exterior and interior of turbines • Capture, handling and properly dispose of discarded water • Degrease areas of turbines and equipment as necessary • Work safely, competently and productively under the direction of others • Keep records, maintain documentation and report technical and safety issues Must meet the following requirements, have or obtain the listed required certifications and training (may be provided) including, but not limited to: • Must have 1+ years of experience climbing Wind Turbines • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Ability to work an 8 week on, 1 week off rotation • Physically able to safely climb wind turbines up to 120m+ (400+ feet), stand, stoop, walk, crawl, crouch, stoop and generally meet the physical demands of the position. • Valid and current driving license with a satisfactory driving record (satisfactory MVR is required); must be 21 years of age to be able to drive a company vehicle • Reliable, strong work ethic, good team player • Must be able to proficiently read, write and speak English • Basic Computer proficiency • Satisfactory criminal background check • Must have or will need to obtain the following certifications (will train) • GWO BST (Basic Safety Training) Certifications - fire awareness, working at heights, manual handling, first aid • GWO BTT (Basic Technical Training) Certifications - electrical, hydraulic, mechanical • Siemens-Gamesa Basic Technician training (Bolt Tightening, Hand Tooling, Documentation, LOTO/Energy Awareness) • OSHA 10 General Industry • Applicable Siemens Gamesa Technical eLearning • SGRE Crane, Chain Hoist or Generic Crane • SGRE Rigging Safety GWO Slinger Signaler • NFPA 70E Arc-Flash Awareness
