About the Role Welders are responsible to inspect and repair welds (as needed) to ensure quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and the policies and procedures of BGM. Responsible for visual inspection (and repairs if needed) of all welds and weld quality. Perform minor repairs/adjustments to mig welders. Maintain integrity of weld quality to ensure finished product meets BGM standards. Maintain proper documentation of scrap and rework product. Follow Standard Operating Procedures established for each work station.
