Solar Sales Representative (OTE 120K-200K+)

Solar Sales Representative Location: Fort Wayne, IN Shift: Full-Time Division: Blue Raven Solar Sales Compensation: • Commission only • Earn $2,800 - $8000+ per deal, depending on system size • Top reps close 3-6 deals a month What's Required • Live within 45 minutes of the office • Willing to commute to the office multiple times a week • Fluent in English • Valid US driver's license • Comfortable working in a commission only role • Willing to work a minimum of 30hrs a week Benefits • Flexible schedule • Uncapped commission with massive earning potential • Incentive trips • Leads may be provided upon completion of training Position Summary In this role, you will be the face of our company, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of switching to clean, renewable power. You'll be responsible for generating your own leads while also meeting with homeowners during appointments scheduled for you by our Setter team. Responsibilities • Traveling to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems. • Leads may be provided upon completion of training. • Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities. • Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals. • Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to Solar goes as seamlessly as possible. • Have a professional, consultative approach to in-home presentations and proposals. • Speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy. • Communicate skillfully and professionally, sales experience is preferred. Quality Control Technician

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the sales cycle from qualification to closing. This includes prospecting, account management, product consultations and demonstrations, and successful price negotiations. Reports to Sales Manager. Primary Markets: Distributors and end users of Car Wash chemicals Job Duties: • Complete 12-15 Face2Face customer and prospect visits per week. Additional time spent contacting clients via email and phone. • Penetrate targeted accounts (distributor and end user) in a given territory to generate new sales. • Possess exceptional customer management skills. Ability to work with existing customers to provide unmatched customer service. • Perform demonstrations to inform and train clients on the large line of car wash products. Cross sell additional product lines to the customer’s purchasing routine. • Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, exceptional cold-calling skills. • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, prepare quotes and negotiate prices. • Actively manage your call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in an efficient, timely manner. • Work with inside customer service representatives to ensure orders are placed and customer expectations are met. Proactively resolve customer satisfaction discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, quotes, sales orders and other documentation. • Attend tradeshows, visit prospective customers and participate in industry-related functions as a representative of Warsaw Chemical. • Strategize with senior management on specific sales and marketing initiatives. • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
