As a Community Solar Advisor, you will be responsible for educating customers about our community solar solutions, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring they understand the benefits of green energy. Responsibilities • Educate Customers: Provide detailed information about community solar solutions and their benefits. • Guide Enrollment: Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand all requirements and benefits. • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Promote Green Energy: Advocate for and educate customers about the benefits of green energy and sustainability. • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology. Qualifications • Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. • Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in promoting green energy and sustainability initiatives. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
