About the Role Sagebrush Energy is seeking experienced Solar Installers (Tier II or III) to take on greater responsibility in high-quality residential solar installations. Key Responsibilities - Install solar panels, racking systems, wire runs, and inverters. - Ensure code-compliant, aesthetically clean installations. - Assist with layout planning and design adjustments. - Lead roof team or electrical work depending on skillset. - Train and support newer crew members on-site. Qualifications - 1–3+ years of residential solar or roofing/electrical experience. - Solid understanding of solar installation tools and techniques. - Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in various weather conditions. - Team player with a focus on quality and safety. - Valid driver’s license. Crew Lead (Solar Foreman)

About the Role Sagebrush Energy is seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Lead (Solar Foreman) to oversee residential solar installations across Northern Nevada. You’ll lead a small team of installers, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards, and serve as the on-site point of contact for project execution. Key Responsibilities - Lead a crew of 2–4 installers on residential rooftop solar PV installations. - Ensure each installation meets design specs, code requirements, and Sagebrush Energy quality standards. - Coordinate daily job site logistics, including materials, tools, and safety. - Communicate clearly with Project Manager, homeowners, and inspectors. - Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate as needed. - Conduct final walkthroughs, ensuring all punch list items are completed. - Uphold a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability. Qualifications - 2+ years of solar installation experience, with at least 1 year in a crew lead or foreman role. - Strong understanding of residential solar installation (roof layout, racking, wire management). - OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred. - Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
