Field Solar Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated O&M Solar Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility-scale and commercial solar PV systems. You will ensure optimal system performance, maximize uptime, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the field. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine preventive maintenance on solar PV systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and O&M procedures. • Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of inverters, combiner boxes, modules, wiring, and other system components. • Monitor system performance and generate service and inspection reports. • Respond to alerts, alarms, and service requests in a timely manner. • Document all maintenance and service activities accurately using software tools or paper logs. • Assist in commissioning of new systems and support performance testing. • Adhere to all site-specific safety and environmental protocols. • Coordinate with remote monitoring teams and report significant system issues. • Travel to multiple sites as needed for maintenance and repairs. Solar Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Solar Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, renewable energy, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to drive projects from development through commissioning on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all phases of utility-scale solar projects (50 MW+) from pre-construction through final handover. • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and safety. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, utilities, and permitting authorities. • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards. • Ensure all projects comply with environmental, permitting, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and deliver project status reports, forecasts, and financial updates to senior leadership. • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability across all project teams. Qualifications • 5+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, with at least 3 years focused on utility-scale solar. • Proven track record managing EPC contracts and projects over 50 MW. • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and construction best practices. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). • PMP certification or equivalent preferred. • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
