Solar Laborer

Job Title: Solar Laborer - Dickinson Job Description Solar electrical helpers will work on a community-sized solar farm. This is a ground-mounted commercial solar farm. They will assist electricians on the electrical scope of the project, working in small teams to complete the assembly of the racking system. Tasks may include staging materials, pulling wire, completing connections, conduit installation, home runs, and assisting electricians with various tasks. Non-electrical tasks like assembling racking or work site clean-up may also be required. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Work in a fast-paced environment while staying mindful of safety and quality. Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving project safety performance. Check work to ensure adherence to code and specifications. Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored safely. Collect and dispose of scrap, excess materials, and refuse. Unload trucks and stage materials in the field. Coordinate actions with other workers on busy construction sites. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions to problems to choose the most successful and cost-effective one. Work in a production environment where daily production goals are set, evaluated, and optimized. Anticipate and solve problems. Hard Skills 1+ years experience in solar racking or solar electrical work Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/8th of an inch Ability to use hand and power tools Soft Skills Strong work ethic Attention to detail Willingness to work overtime Interpersonal skills and teamwork Critical thinking Job Type This is a Contract position with a duration of 3-4 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Binghamton, New York. Work Environment The project is in an old farm field. Conditions can be wet and muddy. Candidates will also be working in inclement weather. Hours are M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm, and Saturdays 7:30 am-4:00 pm. Saturdays are mandatory when requested. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years experience of industrial solar electric/electronic maintenance experience in the repair, inspection, testing, installation and/or maintenance of related electrical/electronic equipment. • Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by state of residence. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Additional Qualifications • Knowledge of electricity, voltage and current relationships for both AC and DC circuits. • Knowledge of Solar PV a plus. • Ability to successfully complete position training and testing requirements. • Ability to push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, lift, carry, reach, climb, hear, see, and work on ladders for extended periods of time with hands and arms at heights to install and troubleshoot equipment. • OSHA training and certification preferred.

FP&A Associate - Full-time

Description Nautilus Solar Energy's ("NSE") FP&A Associate will be responsible for analyzing revenue and collections impacts on NSE's operating portfolios. They will assist with quarterly reporting, acting as a liaison between CS Operations, NSE Accounting, and FP&A. This position reports to the Director of FP&A.
