Key Responsibilities: • Install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems on job sites • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders • Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork using hand and power tools • Collaborate with crew members and site supervisors to stay on schedule • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Communicate with clients and contractors in a professional manner • Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed on-site Requirements: • Prior sheet metal or HVAC installation experience preferred • Ability to lift, bend, and work on ladders or in tight spaces • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and coworkers • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
