Job Responsibilities • Support domestic distributors ITW sales personnel and end users by providing solutions to inquiries involving Hobart Brothers product offerings or services. • Collaborate with market-facing teams warehouses and business units to meet customer needs. • Work effectively with business units to promote products to distributors and customers. • Provide timely and constructive customer feedback received to the appropriate people. • Identify improvement projects within the Customer Support team. • Handle calls faxes emails quotes and product recommendations. • Enter and maintain customer orders in MS D365 as well as review backorders. • Process customer returns. • Monitor and maintain EDI orders. • Manage assigned accounts. Qualifications • Possess a high school diploma or GED. • Minimum 5 years of directly related job experience in customer service specialization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Previous experience in a customer service environment with inbound phone calls. • D365 system knowledge and order entry experience preferred. • Demonstrated ability to multitask. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with self-motivation and a desire to help customers find suitable welding solutions. • Ability to make sound customer-oriented decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Desire to continue professional growth through experiences exposure and focused training. • Strong interpersonal skills.
