Airframe Sheet Metal Mechanic II

Join to apply for the Airframe Sheet Metal Mechanic II role at Yulista Holding LLC Primary Function The Airframe Sheet Metal Mech II performs installation of aircraft sheet metal and structural components in accordance with approved methods, techniques, and practices. Position Details This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Functions • Interface with Crew lead and other Technicians as required. • Install sheet metal & structures according to instructions/drawings. • Perform phased maintenance on the AH-64 E aircraft, Delta model experience preferred. • Repair sheet metal and composite components as required. • Operate Ground Support Equipment (Power Cart, Tug, Forklift, etc.). • Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall aircraft parts/systems. • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards. • Comply with safety rules, regulations, and documentation procedures. • Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Experience with structural repairs on AH-64D, AH-64E aircraft. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in confined or awkward positions. • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and interpret technical documents. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with office equipment and basic mathematical skills. • Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and working independently. Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 6 years’ experience, including 2 years with military standards. • Ability to pass drug and background screening. • Must obtain and maintain a government background check.
