GENERAL DUTIES • Perform in-process inspections during production; confirm parts and assemblies meet specifications • Conduct visual and measurement tests, examine functionality, documenting and communicating required corrections. • Ability to retrieve and read blueprints, build guides, and/or check lists for requirements. • Work with Engineers and Document Control Staff to ensure up-to-date and accurate drawing/specs are being used by QC and production personnel. • Inspects finished products by confirming products meets drawings and specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; documenting and communicating required corrections and ensuring defective product is not delivered to the customer. • Documenting and reporting all inspections. • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of high school diploma, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum two years of related Quality Control Inspection experience in a similar role. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. • Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
