Job description The Sheet Metal Estimator creates pricing estimates for HVAC sheet metal work on construction projects. You'll work with our Mechanical Piping and Plumbing Estimators to provide complete project pricing for Blauch Brothers' construction team. In this role, you'll collaborate with the BBI Service Department, Operations team, General Contractors, designers, engineers, outside vendors, and project owners. You'll review project drawings and specifications to develop accurate pricing estimates. Your role is crucial in maintaining a steady flow of profitable construction projects for the team. Additional tasks will be assigned by the Pre-Construction Manager as needed. This is not a supervisory position. This is a safety sensitive position Work Schedule The typical schedule is Mon - Fri, 8 to 9.5 hours daily, averaging 43 - 45 hours weekly. However, hours may require change based on project demands and customer needs.
