Press Brake Operator 1 Day Shift and 2 Night Shift

Wallace Sheet Metal is looking for additional Press Brake Operators - 1 Day Shift and 2 for Night Shift to join our team. Some of the requirements for this position are as follows: - Ability to read prints and understand tolerances - Have programmed and operated CNC press brakes - Understanding of press brake tooling - Ability to load and unload tooling - Ability to lift heavy parts - Knowledge of Accurpress and Trumpf Press Brakes - Can read calipers and tape measure This will be a full time position. Work hours are 10 hours (6:00 am - 4:30 pm) Day Shift (4:30 pm - 3:00 am) Night Shift Monday - Thursday. We will use Friday as an overtime day if needed. Will consider all CNC operators, such as press brake, mill, lathe, waterjet or laser for this position. Must be dependable. Responsibilities • Operate the press brake machine to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in fabrication. • Utilize calipers and precision measuring instruments for quality inspection of finished products. • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed. • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and maintain tooling. Shipping / Receiving Lead Person

About the Role We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Shipping / Receiving Lead Person to manage the efficient flow of materials in and out of our facility. This position oversees daily shipping and receiving activities, leads a small warehouse team, ensures accurate documentation, and supports smooth coordination with production and purchasing. Key Responsibilities Shipping • Lead daily shipping operations, ensuring all orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on schedule • Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to shipping team members • Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documentation • Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to meet delivery deadlines • Oversee loading of trucks and verify load accuracy and safety • Maintain shipping logs, inventory records, and system updates • Inspect outgoing materials for quality, damage, or specification issues • Train and mentor new shipping staff Receiving • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders • Inspect materials for damage, quantity discrepancies, and quality requirements • Process receipts in inventory/ERP systems and label materials appropriately • Communicate shortages or issues to Purchasing • Organize, stage, and store incoming materials safely and efficiently • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock rotation General Warehouse • Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment • Support continuous improvement of warehouse workflow and material handling • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment • Comfortable using shipping software, scanners, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Very Important • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer • Competitive pay • Health, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with company match (if applicable) • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $26.64 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
